The app offers five core features:
<ol>
 <li>Area - Floor: Measure horizontal area on a floor in square feet or square meters.</li>
 <li>Area - Wall: Measure vertical area on a wall in square feet or square meters.</li>
 <li>Length: Measure the distance between two points.</li>
 <li>Furniture: Measure the relative size of a space by placing standard-sized virtual furniture.</li>
 <li>Size Checker: Check the relative size of a product in the real world by comparing it to other objects and determine if it fits the space.</li>
</ol>

<ol>
 <li>Area - Floor or Wall</li>
 <ul>
 <li>Choose the unit of measurement between square feet or square meters.</li>
 <li>Select "Area - Floor" or "Area - Wall" from the main menu.</li>
 <li>Scan the surrounding area with your camera.</li>
 <li>Locate a flat surface on the floor or wall until a blue square appears.</li>
 <li>Place the pointer (represented by "+") at one of the corners on the floor or wall.</li>
 <li>Tap the screen to mark the corner with a red sphere.</li>
 <li>Move slowly clockwise or counterclockwise to the next corner and repeat the action until all corners are marked with a red sphere (do not mark twice on the starting point).</li>
 <li>Tap the "Calc" button to calculate the area.</li>
 <li>To save data, tap the "Save" button, enter remarks, and tap "Save".</li>
 <li>To take a photo, tap the "Camera" button.</li>
 <li>To access saved area data, tap the "File" icon in the top-right corner of the main menu.</li>
 <li>To view the location and photo (if taken) of saved data, tap the row in the list of saved data.</li>
 <li>To delete saved data, swipe from right to left on the row in the list of saved data after tapping the "File" icon in the main menu.</li>
 <li>Note that in some cases, an orange shaded area may be displayed outside of the outlines or overlapped, but this does not affect the calculation of the area.</li>
 </ul>
 <li>Length</li>
 <ul>
 <li>Select "Length" from the main menu.</li>
 <li>Scan the surrounding area with your camera.</li>
 <li>Wait until several yellow dots display on the surface of the target object.</li>
 <li>Place the pointer (represented by "+") at the starting point of the object being measured.</li>
 <li>Tap the screen to mark the point with a red sphere.</li>
 <li>Move slowly to the other end of the object being measured and place the pointer.</li>
 <li>Tap the screen to display the length.</li>
 <li>To measure another object, tap the "Reset" button and repeat the same procedure.</li>
 <li>To take a photo, tap the "Camera" button.</li>
 </ul>
 <li>Furniture</li>
 <ul>
 <li>The virtual furniture is standard or typical size that helps measure relative size in a space.</li>
 <li>Select "Furniture" from the main menu.</li>
 <li>Scan the surrounding area with your camera.</li>
 <li>Locate a flat surface on the floor until a blue square appears.</li>
 <li>Choose one of the furniture options from the list and tap it.</li>
 <li>Tap the screen to place the furniture.</li>
 <li>To rotate the furniture, touch and slide your finger on the screen.</li>
 <li>To move the furniture, long press on the screen and slide your finger.</li>
 <li>To place more furniture, tap the "Add Another Item" button and repeat the procedure.</li>
 <li>To hide or display the size of the furniture, tap the "Info" button.</li>
 <li>To take a photo, tap the "Camera" button.</li>

 <li>Size Checker</li>
 <ul>
 <li>This feature checks the relative size of a product in the real world by comparing it to other objects to determine if it fits in a space.</li>
 <li>Select the measurement unit.</li>
 <li>Enter the width, depth, and height into each field.</li>
 <li>Select a surface to place the Augmented Reality (AR) box and tap "GO".</li>
 <li>Scan the surrounding area with your camera.</li>
 <li>Find a flat surface to place the AR box until a blue square appears.</li>
 <li>Tap the screen where you want to place the AR box.</li>
